Return & Refund Policy – MICO
At MICO, we aim to make your shopping experience safe, transparent, and hassle-free. For this reason, we have a clear Return & Exchange Policy for our products.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Exchange Process
Product exchanges depend on stock availability.
Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us. After we receive and inspect the item, the replacement product will be shipped.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:

Bathroom products due to hygiene reasons

Used or damaged products

Discounted “final sale” items (if explicitly stated)
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item reaches us and is inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Payments made via PayPal, Stripe, or Viva Wallet will be refunded through the same system.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the product is not defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, MICO covers the shipping cost.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to help resolve the issue.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, the standard return procedure applies instead of cancellation.
