Shipping & Delivery Policy – MICO

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the payment is confirmed.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.


2. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international and local carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

  • Local couriers

The carrier for your order is selected automatically based on your location.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your country and carrier availability:

  • Europe: 4–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • South America: 10–20 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 10–15 business days

  • United Kingdom (local delivery): 2–5 business days

Customs clearance may extend delivery times.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected carrier

We may offer free shipping promotions during certain periods.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your shipment online at any time.


6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in shipping fees and vary by country.


7. Delivery Issues

Please contact us if you experience any of the following:

  • Tracking number not updating

  • Package delayed beyond the expected timeframe

  • Damaged delivery

  • Missing or incorrect items

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package cannot be delivered, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If the carrier is unable to reach the recipient and the package is held for pickup but not collected, it may be returned to MICO.
Reshipping fees apply if the customer requests a new shipment.


10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure a fair resolution.
